The theme chosen for the 2009 Mardi Gras festival is “Music on Parade”. This theme was submitted by Mrs. Celeste Buschschulte of Pinckneyville. Congratulations to Mrs. Buschschulte and many thanks to all of those who submitted theme suggestions. We had many suggestions making it hard to choose just one.
