2017 Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Recipients

Each year the Pinckneyville Chamber of Commerce awards multiple scholarships to Pinckneyville Community High School Graduates. This year the applicants for the “Dick Corn and 1994 State Champions” and “All my life I wanted to be a Panther” scholarships were interviewed by Betti Mucha, Chuck Dobrinick, and Diane Davis at Red Hawk Golf & Grille. Six students in total were interviewed for the scholarships. After much deliberation the winner of the Dick Corn scholarship was Elizabeth Bartnicki, and the winner of the All My Life scholarship was Caleb Logan. The Chamber also works with the Rend Lake College Foundation and awards two $500 scholarships, this year those were awarded to Jayla Louis and Jonathan Gulley.
